BrainBrush

Courses on daily mental hygienic exercises

The human brain requires daily mental hygienic care.

Just like brushing your teeth.

So, let’s call it brain brushing.

We invite you to explore yourselves better by understanding how your mind works, and to master the essential BrainBrush practices beyond the widely known meditation techniques.

Why I started BrainBrush

There were mornings when I looked at myself asking why I feel so stressed what was about to come that day. Those self-discussions led to the recognition that inner harmony does not depend on the circumstances, it can be achieved by a daily act of care. Brain brushing began the day when I realized that brief, deliberate pauses could cleanse the mind in the same way as a toothbrush renews a smile. The real breakthrough came when I asked myself, “Why do we devote two minutes each morning to our teeth yet leave the brain fuzzy?” From that simple question the BrainBrush methods were born: daily, science-rooted micro-rituals that brush the brain to be clean, healthy and happy.

I built these courses so you, too, can greet each day like a still lake at sunrise.
